Goin wireless

As you may recall (see below), Junior still needed assistance going wireless. We scheduled tentative plans for Sunday, though when I asked for a specific time, he just said he would call me. I had to work Sunday at 4:30, so it needed to be earlier, but he was off playing soccer with some friends, so Sunday didn’t work. He said he worked until 5 on Monday, so he would call me Monday evening.
Monday he called around 6, I went and picked him up. We ran to Best Buy, then installed the USB wireless in the back port on his computer. We went to the Brazilian barbecue place for dinner afterwards, since I needed to use up the gift cert Ronny had given me for my birthday. This all gave us plenty of time to chat. I avoided topics relating to current relationship status, to keep from pushing him too much where he already said he doesn’t want to go.
I asked if he had fun at the club on Saturday (I said hello that night, but we didn’t talk beyond that) and which of the strippers he preferred. There was a white one, and a black one. He (predictably) liked the white one more. I (predictably) liked the black one more. He seemed surprised. I was not expecting him to be quite that surprised, but took advantage of the opportunity to point out that I like darker guys. I gave an appropriate sideways glance (sideways because I was driving at the time) to go along with the comment, which he caught.
He asked me about why I am selling my condo, and want to move. I went through the quick version of the whole story. I mentioned I have friends off in San Diego, SanFran, Denver, Portland (any day now), and how I want to move west. He said I have a lot of friends here in Worcester, and I shouldn't leave. How sweet... I said that Brad made the same comment. Of course, Brad said he also wouldn't mind visiting me in San Diego!
I also asked him a little about his soccer game from Sunday. Cristiano and Carlos were there, apparently, but mostly it was more of a league type thing. Junior said it was “all straight guys”. I replied, “well except for Carlos!” The quip eventually led to Junior saying he had a girlfriend when he first came to the US. I asked him how much he likes girls, yet. He said that he prefers guys but that having sex with girls makes him feel happier. I got a confused / disappointed look on my face, and he said yeah, it’s hard to explain, and Kevin was always rather bothered by that comment, as well.
So, it was a very interesting evening. And as I dropped him off after dinner, he said to feel free to come over any time I wanted. Though, if we're sticking to the "just friends" meme, I think I would still be more likely to randomly visit Ronny than Junior.

Ouch

It was a slow night tonight (Friday) at work. Not a huge crowd, but enough people showed up, I guess. Junior showed up around midnight, by himself. He stopped by to chat. I asked where Cristiano was, and Junior said he was not back from work yet. Eventually, I decided to come out and ask what was on my mind. I asked if he was single. He was like "what do you mean?" I said Ronny had made it sound like Junior and Kevin had broken up, Junior said they did break up, but they're still kind of together. Then he looked at me and asked why I was asking about it. I said that I was pretty sure he knew that I liked him. His response was that he thinks we should just be friends.

He went on to say something about Kevin. I guess they are trying to make it work out. He said that if it is over with Kevin, then he wants to not have a boyfriend for a while. I completely understand. And, awww crap.

SCB showed up, as well. He was not shirtless this time, and not with any girls. He was being particularly friendly with me. Of course, fate always makes things difficult for me, so the point at which he seemed to make the closest thing to a "move" a confused, getting drunker, possibly-bi guy could make, I got dragged off to clean up a busted beer bottle off the dance floor. He left early.

Then Cristiano showed up. He's always been very flirty, but is that way with everyone. I chatted with him briefly. At one point we sort of danced in the hallway I was guarding. Later, he stopped by again, and danced a little bit. As he was about to leave, he leaned in and kissed me. Nothing major, friendly little closed-lip peck, but right on the mouth. I was a little taken by surprise, but not actually surprised. Oh well.

A few minutes later, Junior comes over. "Cristiano said he kissed you!" I was like, uhhh, wellllll, yeahhhhh. And shrugged. Junior seemed a little beer-tipsy. There was a hint of indignation that was not consistent with the let's-be-friends attitude.

The fat underage kid was there again, as well. He said Hi, but kept his hands to himself. I went out of my way to be polite, but keep it at the "I'm just being as friendly to you as I would to any customer" level. Hopefully, that problem will no longer be a problem.

New eye candy tonight, as well. Hunky, thuggish blatino. Returned all my gracious acknowledgments. Also under 21. And smokes. Not a lot, but Smokes. Sigh...

Six Flags for Seven Fags

Monday was the staff day trip to Six Flags from the club. There ended up being seven of us going. We took two vehicles, didn't get lost, waited WAY too long to get in, but had a lot of fun.

The owner decided to buy us fast-passes, so we got to go on a lot of rides. Well, those of us that went on rides got to go on a lot of them. The one kid was afraid of heights, and didn't go on much after the Buzzsaw. Kind of a boring ride, unless you are sitting next to someone having FITS because they are so terrified. Then it's hysterical!!

They have a Coldstone Creamery there, so a couple of us stopped for ice cream at the end of the night. Probably the longest line we waited in... There was this little Chinese girl working, who was having a REALLY hard time scooping the ice cream, or mixing in the toppings. The other guy was not much faster. And every time someone entered, the girl at the register would holler out "Welcome to Coldstone!" and then interrupt the CHinese girl to ask how to say that in Chinese...

One of the major surprises of the day was the bumper cars. There is a big divider in the middle of the room, and you have drive in left-turn loops (it's like Nascar!). When everyone has to go the same direction, it is a LOT harder to create the free-form havok that makes bumper cars fun in the first place. They announce that head-on collisions are forbidden. At one point there was this 8-year-old girl who got stuck going the wrong way because she was just tall enough to operate it on her own, but was not doing well. The operator was on the mic the whole time yelling at her to turn around. I imagine a law-suit somewhere has ended the purpose of bumper cars. It's a shame...

The other big surprise was the recorded announcement at "Superman" now includes a section saying you must have 2 legs, one arm, and enough strength to hold on, and people with prosthetic limbs or immovable casts are prohibited from riding. Again, I can just picture the lawsuit that led to this insanity.

Striking Out

Saturday was Brad's birthday party. I was not scheduled to work (wuhoo) so I went to that, and we had fun. Around 11:30 most of us headed over to the club to go dancing. Largely the Brazilians, again.

My complaints about nobody being interested sometimes need the disclaimer that nobody I would consider is ever interested. Last night was a good example. There was this FAT under-21 kid there who knows Cristiano/ Adriano/ Marcio and came over and started dancing with me. At first I was playing along since he was a friend of theirs, but then he was humping my leg, grinding what felt like a boner against me, trying to grab my crotch and shove my hands down his pants. So, I had to switch to "I'm just dancing in my own little world" mode and turn very cold. He did catch on, but didn't exactly give up, either.

Shirtless Confused Brazilian was there again. Friday I saw him as well; he was clothed the whole time, and hanging all over this unattractive girl all night. (Not the same girl as the somewhat homely one from last week.) Saturday, he was more shirtless and more confused again. Dancing with the gay guys he hangs out there with, came alone, met up with ugly chick (who appears to be fag hag material), but ended up dancing a lot with a different almost-pretty girl. I said hi and got a couple eye-contact moments, but I am not expecting anything.

Carlos showed up, as well. He gave me a kiss-kiss hello, but didn't speak to me all night. I mostly ignored him. Then I made the mistake of joining in at one point when he was dancing with Junior, and he basically pushed me away. Not sure what the deal is, but can't worry about it anymore.

Junior and Kevin were both at the party, and at the club. I am still not sure what their status is. They were acting more like friends; I never saw them touch each other, and they spent the whole party separated. That isn't terribly unusual, though, since the English speakers and the Portuguese speakers have a tendency to segregate anyway. I asked Junior if he wanted to go to Best Buy on Sunday, and he said they were going to the beach (Junior, Kevin, Cristiano, and Ronny). I still spend a fair amount time with Ronny, so I can't say one way or the other what it means...

The hunky older darker guy with a husband that I had mentioned before was there, both nights, as well. Friday he was alone and I said hello. Saturday he was there with the hubby. At one point the hubby (white guy, comes across a little bit not too bright) came over and started talking to me. He asked if I go to the same gym, and I said yes, I've seen them, too. I mentioned I had met them a long time ago at a BBQ party, and he seemed to remember which party I was talking about. The darker guy was not there at the time, though, so I didn't actually get to talk to him. The one I was talking to said his "boyfriend" was in the bathroom. I'm guessing he was more likely having a cigarette. (I've seen him around, and know he takes much longer to have a smoke than to go to the bathroom. When your job is to stand in the corner and keep an eye on the smoking area and the bathrooms, there are certain things you can't help but notice.) If they suggested a three-way, though, I think I'd go for it.

Just to make the night complete, Luther and Keniah were there, too. Said hello, chatted briefly with Keniah. Luther was flirty as always, but not serious, as always.

Then, the ugly fag hag chick that hangs out with SCB came over and asked my name, then said she had a friend that wanted to meet me. (This is the point I figured out she's a fag hag!) My heart skipped a beat. Unfortunately, she was talking about a different friend than I was imagining. I was not so much at all interested in the friend she turned to. I have no idea what he said at any point. After a minute or two, it turned to resigned silence, so I walked away.

Came home alone again. I know you're not surprised.

Wireless

Ronny called Thursday night to ask for my help setting up his internet connection. The cable guy had just installed the modem, but Ronny couldn't get the wireless to work. (His previous DSL connection used a single combo unit that had modem and router in the same little box, so he was confused that the little box wasn't working wirelessly.)

He was still finishing up at work when he called, and I had to go to the gym, yet. He said he'd call when he got home and I could come over and help set it up. He then said it would be a chance to see Junio again. I mentioned the pre-existing BF, and Ronny said that Junio has no boyfriend. I asked for clarification and was told that they broke up a couple weeks ago. I mentioned that Kevin was there at Junio's birthday party, and it looked like they were still together. Ronny said they were still friends, and had not told people, yet, so were still putting on the show of being together.

I went to the gym and ogled a couple cuties, then came home and showered. I had a spare wireless router lying around, so I brought that over to Ronny's house. I had him do the install himself, though I helped out a lot. He has been doing a lot of tech support stuff for his other Brazilian friends, and I've been pushing him to learn to do some of this stuff on his own. Basically, install stuff amounts to following the instructions on the screen, so mostly I had to make him slow down enough to follow the instructions. We got it all set up, but Ronny was the only one home. He said to just wait a bit, Junio would be home soon. I had a donut and he turned on the TV.

About 10:30 Junio came home. He's looking a little darker, as well, as the summer progresses, and was quite sexy as he walked in the door... Explained we were setting up internet, and he assumed that his would just 'work' now, too. I had him turn his computer on, and I checked his network connection settings, and he has no wireless card. He said he would buy one this weekend, so I suggested I come along to make sure he gets the right one. He seemed to like that idea!

We all hung out, chatted, looked at pictures, and Ronny got his Itunes back up and running again. I asked Junio how Kevin is doing. He said he's fine, in fact he just saw him on Tuesday. So, I asked if he stays over at Kevin's, or if Kevin stays here. I figured this was a subtle way of opening the door for him to say they were no longer together. He responded that he stays at Kevin's because Kevin lives alone, like me. Not sure if there was a "reason" to specify the 'like me' part... Junio also went to the trouble of showing me pics - somewhat buried in his computer files - of the previous ex whom he still pines for. I've seen the guy around the club, and Ronny has even tried to hook up with him.

All of a sudden I noticed it was midnight! I had an A/C contractor coming in at 8am, so wasn't going to work in the morning and could sleep in a little later than usual, but midnight was still pushing it, so I said goodnight. Junio said he would call on Saturday after work about going to the store. I suggested I give him my phone number. Then he gave me his number, and when I verified the spelling of his name, discovered I have been doing it wrong. His name is Jose, but so is his father, so he is a Junior, and has adopted the name. (Technically, the Portuguese version would be Junho, not Junio, anyway.) So, he really is an American sounding name, kind of like Ronny is, too. From now on, he will be referred to as Junior. Of course, with the "H" sound that the Portuguese "R" has, it doesn't sound that much different.

Stranded

Saturday night was Junio's birthday party. It was a lot of fun, and everybody from that crowd that I know was there. Including Carlos (flaky one). He was in his summer color - a deep, rich mahogany. He apparently works for a construction company, and spends a lot of time outside.

During the party, he came over and said he wanted to stay at my house that night. I said sure! He then clarified, in my bed, with me. I again said definitely. At one point, a bunch of us were sitting on the back balcony chatting, and Carlos came over, and sat next to me. The chair really was only big enough for one, so we were very close! He even leaned across my lap, and was holding me.

Then we all headed to the club, and he turned into total flake again. I think he doesn't want anyone to think of him as unavailable, so he won't hang around any one specific person for more than a couple minutes. So, I grabbed his butt a couple times, but generally treated him as someone to just say Hi to.

Around 1:30, I noticed I didn't see Carlos around anymore. When we all left, he was not there. I mentioned to Adriano that he should yell at Carlos for me the next time he sees him, for leaving without saying goodnight. Adriano said that Carlos left with Junio and Cristiano (around 1:30...). Perfect. I got stood up!

Nish suggested I find someone else to hook up with. I pointed out that 2:05am was not the optimal time to do that. SCB was there, again, as shirtless and confused as ever. I actually said Hi to him when he came in. He was very friendly and butch. Spent the whole night with some girl. And, as typical, she was kinda homely. (I have noticed, through my years at the gym, that steroid freaks go for inflatable girlfriends {nose job, lipo, huge implants, massive tanning-bed time, and lots of bottled blonde} and the hotties always have these plain jane girlfriends who are just a little heavy and just a little homely. Not sure how that happens, but I'm guessing the plain janes perfect their blowjob technique in order to compete.) So, SCB was there, but gazing into female eyes.

So, I came home alone. As always... Sunday I met up with Nish for breakfast at IHOP, and was supposed to meet up with LBB that afternoon. I haven't had a chance to have "the talk" with him, yet, and he's not cluing in to the 2 weeks since I last saw him meaning that I'm just not that interested. But LBB had just gotten home from the cape, and didn't want to drive anymore. I had no interest in going to Rhode Island since I was just gonna break up with him, but told him I was still a little wiped out from not sleeping well cuz I had a cold last week. (Somewhat true, but not really.)

He rather disappointedly agreed to meet up later this week. I immediately called Ronny to see what they were up to. Adriano had also mentioned that night that Junio was going to invite everyone over again Sunday to eat up the TONS of left-over food. I ended up buying some ice cream and heading over there. Nobody else showed up, though, so I just hung out with Ronny and Junio, and Cristiano (who kept going to his room for a while, but was around mostly). Ronny has a new boyfriend from NYC, who had just left to go back home. Junio's bf was not around, and I didn't ask. But Ronny said he is going to make it his goal to get Junio available and interested in me. I hope that doesn't turn into a mess, but whatever. His bf does not really associate with anyone else in that crowd, so if Junio ends that relationship and rather quickly starts one up with me, nobody in my group will probably care.

I Just Wanna Dance

I had taken off from working at the club this weekend. Nish called Thursday and said he will be in town this weekend (at least Friday, maybe Saturday), and wanted to go out. So, Friday night we met up about 10:30 and went to the townie bar for a drink. My friend Rick was bartending, so I got to say hi to him. We chatted a bit. He invited me to come along with him to an arena football game Saturday. I declined. Aside from having plans this evening, I wasn't sure I could see myself enjoying that. I told him to let me know if he has any gay plans one of these weekends!

Then we headed over to the club. Joe acted all mad at me again for taking the night off. Eddie seemed even more pissy about it, for reasons I am completely unaware. I had called Brad earlier, but he didn't call back, so I was not sure anyone would be there. Luckily, they were! Brad and Cris, and Kevin and Junio, along with other friends and roommates were all there. Even some straight girls they know. (Cris acts very differently around straight people. It's one of things that annoys Brad.)

I had a couple drinks, and got into that happy, fun mood. Nish had one more than I did (according to him), and was getting a little swirly. Good thing I drove! It was a fun night, and I already Joe that Saturday is a birthday party for one of the Brazilians, and we will probably all end up there later. He's already getting grumpy about it!! The one drawback to working there is that on nights all my friends are there, I can't dance if I'm working. So, I got to dance again last night. It was a lot of fun, and I don't really care that some of the staff is grouchy!

The schedule for next weekend only has me down for Friday night. There's another birthday party in the works, so guess where we'll probably end up! But this was just the way it scheduled out, I didn't request the night off, so they can't be mad!!

Not the Date I expected

I had plans to meet up with this Cuban/Puerto Rican guy from Match, on Sunday. I drove into Boston, we went to lunch. Had a nice enough time, but he was a little too swishy. Not that I have anything against that, but it does tend to indicate Big o' Bottom. After lunch we were walking back towards Mass Ave, and he's like "so your car is this way?" He ended the 'date' after lunch, to meet up with some friends. I am guessing that means he wasn't inspired either. So, no harm, I guess.

On the drive back to Worcester (between gas and tolls that was one expensive lunch), I called Ronny to see if he was all moved in at his new place. He moved out of his sister's house, and in with some friends. Cristiano and Junio, to be exact. Ronny said he was all moved in, and I should come visit. So, I headed over there, and we were hanging out. Junio was home, with a friend whose name I don't remember - he was not cute. We all watched "Step Up" - solely because Channing Tatum is so hot. But Ronny kept leaving, and sitting in his room. He said he was on the phone with his mother, and then sisters. I have convinced him to do most of his Brazil calling on weekends to keep his cell charges to a minimum, so I guess that was all right.

After the movie, the ugly friend left, and Junio and I were left alone in the living room. About 8 seconds later, their friend Adriano showed up. He had just come back from Brazil, and brought Ronny a gift. (He specifically requests them from people who go on trips, so he actually always gets them!) We all chatted for a while, then I mentioned I was hungry, and we ordered pizza. Ronny doesn't much care for pizza, so Junio also made rice and chicken for Ronny. When the pizza came (bacon, onion, corn, and heart of palm - it was really quite good), I just took pizza. I had chipped in for the pizza, I hadn't contributed to the food they made. Junio insisted that pizza is "junk food" and I had to have some of the "real food" with them. The chicken was exceptionally tasty and tender, and Brazilian rice is always quite good, if not a little too salty. But Junio is not as salt-crazed as Ronny, so his rice was pretty good for me!

After Adriano left, I was alone on the couch with Junio again for a while. Then Ronny came out of his room again (another sister to call), and we all talked some more. I left there about midnight. Ronny kept telling me that Junio is about to break up with his bf, and he was not-so-subtly trying to push us toward each other. We both know we are interested in each other, but the bf thing is still in the way.

I thought I was going to have a great Sunday on a date with a 'Rican, but I ended up with more of a date with Junio. I don't mind, I guess!

Dream bonus

I wasn't really feeling that well on Saturday, so I took some Nyquil before heading off to bed. Around 10am, I woke up. I should have gone to the gym at that point, but felt kind of crappy, yet, so just went back to sleep.

As I drifted back into dreamworld, I ended up meeting Cris at a park. We said hello, and I asked how he and Brad were doing. He said not well. They were arguing about money. (This is my dream, but there are come cues that my mind picked up out of reality...) Eventually, he ended up lying crosswise across me, and I was consoling him. I held his head in one hand, stroking the side of face, while running my other hand across his lower abdomen, right over his jeans.

Eventually, I felt soft, fleshy somethin' bumping up against my hand. As I continued to stroke his abdomen, it became less soft and fleshy, and more long and firm. My hand shifted focus, we started kissing, and the next thing I know, we're gettin' it on.

It has been quite some time since I've had a fun sex dream, and also a long time since I have been dreaming about Cris. I guess the underlying reason for the dream is that I am so ready to be in a relationship again. Any takers???
